Terms of Service

1. Usage & Licensing

Unless otherwise stated in your signed contract, all images provided in this collection are licensed to the Client for Personal Use only. This includes printing for personal display and sharing on personal social media profiles. Commercial use, resale, or sub-licensing of these images to third-party vendors is strictly prohibited without written consent from the Photographer.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the purposes outlined above. Any alteration of the images (including filters or additional editing) is prohibited to maintain the integrity of the Photographer's work.

3. Gallery Access & Expiration

This gallery will remain active for [Insert Duration, e.g., 90 days] from the date of delivery. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up all high-resolution files before the expiration date. A fee may apply for gallery reactivation or archival retrieval after the link has expired.

4. Print Quality

The Photographer is not responsible for the print quality or color accuracy of images printed through third-party labs not affiliated with the Pixieset store. For guaranteed results, ordering through the integrated professional lab is recommended.

5. Attribution

When sharing images on social media, credit to the Photographer is appreciated but not required unless specified for editorial or commercial use.
